Confidence through connection and movement.

Pelvic health and pediatric physiotherapy for every stage of life.

Cobden, ON | Serving the Ottawa Valley

Hi, I’m Amanda!

I’m so glad you’re here.

I'm a registered pelvic health physiotherapist, certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism coach, physiodoula, and pediatric care provider with over a decade of clinical experience.

I support women through every stage of life—from navigating pelvic health concerns and life transitions to pregnancy, postpartum, and returning to the activities they love. I also help infants and children build strong foundations for movement, development, and feeding through evidence-based, compassionate care.

My work is grounded in helping people of all ages feel more confident in their bodies and supported in lifelong movement.

Let’s Work Together

  • Pelvic Health Physiotherapy

Support for pelvic floor concerns including bladder, bowel, pelvic pain, and core dysfunction. Evidence-based care to help you move, function, and feel confident in your body.

  • Pregnancy and Postpartum Care

Individualized support through pregnancy, birth preparation, and postpartum recovery. Helping you feel strong, supported, and confident as your body changes.

  • Pediatric Physiotherapy

Assessment and treatment for infants and children to support movement, development, and functional skills. Gentle, play-based care tailored to your child’s needs.

  • Small Group Physiotherapy

Supportive, small-group movement sessions focused on strength, recovery, and confidence. A welcoming space to reconnect with your body alongside others.

How I Help

Movement looks different across a lifetime, but everyone deserves to move with confidence. Whether you're navigating pelvic health concerns, preparing for birth, recovering postpartum, adapting to the changes of menopause, returning to the activities you love, or supporting your child's development, my role is to help you better understand your body and move through life with greater confidence and ease.

I believe the best care is collaborative, informed, and centred around the whole person. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that meets you where you are and helps you move toward what's most important to you.

My work is guided by three core principles:

Connection

Feeling heard and understood is the foundation of care.

Education

Understanding your body builds confidence and supports lasting change.

Movement

Movement should feel empowering, supportive, and adaptable through every stage of life.
