Small Group Physiotherapy
Physio-led Postpartum Rehab Series: Postnatal Core Connect + Strength
What is Postnatal Core Connect + Strength?
Postnatal Core Connect + Strength is a small-group physiotherapy program designed to help you rebuild strength, confidence, and connection with your body after birth.
This 6-week progressive series combines the benefits of physiotherapy with the support and motivation of a small group environment. Each 60-minute class focuses on full-body movement, core and pelvic floor connection, and rebuilding the strength needed for everyday activities, exercise, and returning to the activities you love.
Classes are led by a physiotherapist and are designed to be supportive, educational, and approachable for all stages of postpartum recovery. Babies are welcome to attend, and sessions are held at Kula Wellness in Cobden, ON.
The program may be submitted through extended health benefits under physiotherapy (coverage varies by individual plan).
Feel stronger, more supported, and more confident in your body.
This 6-week physiotherapist-led series is designed to help you reconnect with your core, build strength safely after birth, and return to the activities you love with confidence. You'll receive expert guidance in a welcoming, supportive environment alongside other postpartum moms.
What to Expect:
Each week, you can expect:
Progressive full-body movement classes that build upon each other week after week
Education about the pelvic floor, core function, and common postpartum concerns
Guidance on how to recognize and monitor symptoms such as leaking, pelvic pressure, pain, or changes in abdominal wall function
Exercises designed to rebuild strength, confidence, and body awareness
A supportive small-group environment with only 4–6 participants
Who is This Program For?
This series is designed for individuals who are at least 6 weeks postpartum and have completed an initial physiotherapy assessment prior to joining.
Your initial assessment allows me to understand your unique recovery, identify any areas that need support, and ensure the program is appropriate for your current stage of healing and goals.
Whether you're looking to return to exercise, rebuild your strength, feel more confident moving your body, or connect with other postpartum parents, this program provides a supportive pathway forward.
