Physiotherapy Services
Pelvic Health Physiotherapy
Pelvic health physiotherapy focuses on assessing and restoring optimal function of the muscles, joints, and connective tissues of the pelvis and core. These structures play a key role in bladder, bowel, and sexual function, as well as core stability and movement. It can help with issues like leaking, pain, urgency, prolapse, constipation, and painful intercourse across every stage of life. Sessions may include education, gentle internal or external assessment, tailored exercises, and strategies for daily life and movement.
Pregnancy and Postpartum Care
Pregnancy and postpartum physiotherapy supports your body through the physical changes of pregnancy, birth, and recovery. Care extends beyond the pelvic floor to address pregnancy-related aches and pains, labour and birth preparation, abdominal wall recovery, postpartum healing, and a safe return to exercise, running, sport, and the activities you love. Treatment is individualized to help you move with confidence through every stage of your journey.
Pediatric Physiotherapy
This type of physiotherapy supports infants, toddlers, and children in developing strong, coordinated, and confident movement skills. Sessions are playful, family-centred, and tailored to your child's unique needs and goals. Common conditions treated include: torticollis, plagiocephaly (flat head), feeding difficulties (latch, coordination, or tension-related issues), delays in rolling, crawling, or walking, gross motor skill development, and support for children with neurological or developmental conditions.
Small Group Physiotherapy
Small group physiotherapy combines the expertise of physiotherapy with the motivation and connection of exercising alongside others. These small, supportive classes focus on building strength, improving mobility, and restoring confidence through individualized guidance in a welcoming environment. Currently offered for postpartum rehabilitation.
